Mr. Brucher began his career as a Financial Advisor in 1990 making him an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience working with retirees and pre-retirees. Throughout his career, he has provided financial advice to individual investors and has focused on helping clients aged 50+ preserve and grow their assets, increase their income, and reduce overall income and estate taxes. Many conservative investors have used Mr. Brucher’s advice to prudently invest their savings, and efficiently transfer wealth to their heirs.

Additionally, he is a Registered Investment Advisor and is life and health insurance licensed.
Mr. Brucher was born and raised in the western suburbs of Chicago and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. He recently purchased a home in sunny Arizona with his lovely wife, Tamara, and their two dogs Spiffy and Twiggy. Mr. Brucher now splits his time between Illinois and Arizona and works with clients in both locations. When he is not busy helping people learn how to preserve and grow their retirement nest eggs, he enjoys volunteering with area animal rescue organizations and working on lowering his golf handicap (which could really use some help).
Mr. Floyd began his career in the retirement and estate planning fields in 1992 and has extensive experience in the financial world. He brings nearly twenty years of experience in equities and the foreign exchange brokerage business. During his career, he has worked in both the Wall Street and Los Angeles offices of Oppenheimer & Co., a national investment firm, and managed the Arizona offices of MB Trading Futures (ranked the #1 Online Broker by Barron’s Magazine). He also holds Series 3, Series 30 and Series 34 licenses.
Mr. Floyd focuses on helping people meet their retirement goals and protect their assets. Additionally, he specializes in 401(k) and IRA rollovers. Over the years, he has created hundreds of personalized plans aimed at meeting the financial and retirement goals of his clients. Originally from Las Cruces, New Mexico, Mr. Floyd holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Arizona. In his free time, he enjoys playing competitive-level tennis and traveling with his wife and daughter. He is also an active supporter and fundraiser for The Harold Pump Foundation which focuses on cancer awareness, treatment programs and research.
Ms. Graf has extensive background in business and financial services spanning 30 years, including senior leadership positions at Firstar, then the largest financial holding company in Wisconsin and Investors Diversified Services which at the time was the international leader in individual financial planning.
Currently she holds the Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses and is both life and health insurance licensed. Ms. Graf is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, assisting individuals and couples with the financial aspects of their divorce.
Her clients are generally between the ages of 50 and 75. They are seeking to accumulate wealth and preserve what they have worked hard to attain. They place a high priority on creating income that is predictable, inflation-adjusted and cannot be outlived. Legacy planning, wealth transfer and tax planning are also areas of focus.
As a fiduciary and independent advisor Ms. Graf places great importance on meeting the specific requirements of each client.
