David currently holds a Series 66 securities license and is a licensed insurance agent. He has also initiated coursework to obtain CFP certification. When David is not helping clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter, swimming, and wine tasting. He and his wife are active supporters of Make-A-Wish Arizona and PSA Art Awakenings.
Sam Olson is a former professional pilot and flight instructor with a degree from the Academy College in Bloomington, MN. For over a decade he both flew commercially and taught many others how to fly and get from Point A to Point B through flight. His diverse background and training gives him unique perspectives when helping clients pursue their long-term financial goals through a similar systematic approach to goal-setting and problem-solving.
Growing up in St. Paul, MN in a large family with a father who was in the insurance business, Sam learned from an early age the power of planning ahead and risk management, as well as accountability and teamwork. His attention to detail, listening skills and great empathy are appreciated by his clients.
Sam currently resides in Blaine, MN with his wife of almost 20 years, Dawn, and their 9-year old son. Summer is cabin time, and they spend as much time as possible at the family cabin in Pine City, MN. Sam loves the outdoors and takes full advantage of the best each season offers, enjoying golf, tennis, hiking, biking, skiing, snowmobiling, and fishing.
Ms. Graf has extensive background in business and financial services spanning 30 years, including senior leadership positions at Firstar, then the largest financial holding company in Wisconsin and Investors Diversified Services which at the time was the international leader in individual financial planning.
Currently she holds the Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses and is both life and health insurance licensed. Ms. Graf is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, assisting individuals and couples with the financial aspects of their divorce.
Her clients are generally between the ages of 50 and 75. They are seeking to accumulate wealth and preserve what they have worked hard to attain. They place a high priority on creating income that is predictable, inflation-adjusted and cannot be outlived. Legacy planning, wealth transfer and tax planning are also areas of focus.
As a fiduciary and independent advisor Ms. Graf places great importance on meeting the specific requirements of each client. She is free to recommend only those strategies which best fit her client’s needs, goals and risk tolerance. Ms. Graf believes in on-going education for herself, staying current with new trends and strategies, products and services that are available in an ever-expanding financial marketplace. The primary objective is implementing a retirement strategy that provides for a financially worry-free retirement.
